PCX manufactures complex dynamic and structural hard alloy components and assemblies for military and commercial aircraft. RFE acquired this division from publicly traded SPX (NYSE:SPXC) and transitioned it to a standalone entity. We partnered with a new CEO to lead the Company upon acquisition and recruited an experienced CFO to upgrade the Company’s financial function.
