Mary Murray joined RFE in 2015 and has been active in a number of roles within the company. Before joining RFE Mary was Director of Business Development at Fresh Nation, a farm to table food supply business.

Mary is a fully qualified member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and has held a number of financial positions with previous organizations.

Mary originates from Scotland and lived in London UK for 16 years before moving to the United States 11 years ago with her husband, Charlie and her daughter, Victoria.

Jack Mackle

Daley Donigan

Daley Donigan joined RFE in 2021. Prior to joining RFE, Daley worked for over two years as an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate at Stephens.

Daley is a graduate of the University of Florida, where he received a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and minor in Real Estate.

Daley lives in New York City and when not at RFE, Daley enjoys playing golf, working out, trying out new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

Wilson Ren

Wilson Ren joined RFE Investment Partners as a Vice President in October 2022. He is currently a director of BryteBridge.

Prior to joining RFE, Wilson began his career in 2013 as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer Group at Robert W. Baird, where he worked on numerous M&A and financing transactions. In 2015, he joined Hammond, Kennedy, Whitney & Company, Inc (“HKW”), a middle-market private equity firm focused on health & wellness and business services investing, where he supported the evaluation, execution and management of private equity investments and transactions. In 2019, Wilson joined LFM Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in U.S.-based, lower middle market manufacturing and industrial services companies, where he focused on deal execution and portfolio company management. In 2021, Wilson joined TZP Group, a private equity firm focused on investments in lower-middle market technology & business services and consumer products companies where he focused on deal execution, thesis development and portfolio company oversight.

Wilson is a graduate of Northwestern University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Wilson lives in New York City, and in his spare time, Wilson enjoys playing tennis, chess, trying new restaurants, and international travel.

Ron Ahuja

Ron Ahuja joined RFE Investment Partners as a Principal in July 2023.

Prior to joining RFE, Ron was a Vice President at Heartwood Partners, a CT-based private equity firm. Previously, Ron also worked at First Atlantic Capital, a NYC-based private equity firm; at Bain & Co. in their Private Equity group; and at Monitor Deloitte in their Strategy & Operations consulting group.

Ron is a graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics and was a University Honors Scholar; and, of Columbia Business School, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.

Ron lives in New York City with his wife Sophie. In his spare time, Ron enjoys golf, skiing, swimming, and international travel.

Bill Bronander

Bill Bronander previously worked at RFE Investment Partners as an Associate from 2013 to 2015, when he left RFE to enroll in the MBA program at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. In 2017, he rejoined RFE upon the completion of his MBA. Bill is currently a director of CJS Group, Congruity HR and SEG.

Bill graduated magna cum laude from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Integrated Business and Engineering. Prior to joining RFE, Bill worked for two years as an Investment Banking Analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Global Industrials Group and before that, two years as an Analyst in Goldman Sachs’ Equity Trade Management Group.

Bill lives in Connecticut, but is often traveling throughout the tri-state area for a pickup basketball game, a round of golf or a great slice of pizza.

Sean E. Gillick

Sean is currently a director of Hastings Manufacturing and LaunchPad Home Group.

Sean Gillick previously worked at RFE Investment Partners as an Associate/Senior Associate from 2010 to 2013, when he left RFE to enroll in the MBA program at Harvard Business School. In 2015 he rejoined RFE upon the completion of his MBA.

Prior to joining RFE in 2010, Sean worked for three years at Harris Williams & Co. as an Analyst in the Cobblestone | Harris Williams group.

Sean is a graduate of The College of William and Mary, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration, cum laude, degree in Finance and in Government, and Harvard Business School, where he received a Master of Business Administration degree.

Sean lives in New Canaan with his husband Andrew, their young son, and two energetic dogs. In his spare time, Sean enjoys distance runs, open water swims, participating in triathlons, and hiking in the mountains.
