Global IFS manufacturers, installs, and distributes raised access flooring and underfloor air distribution systems in the Canada and U.S. markets. RFE partnered with management to acquire Global IFS, then recruited a new CEO to lead the Company along with a new CFO to upgrade financial functions. We assisted the Company with developing an innovative underfloor air distribution product portfolio, and the Company is in the process of driving sales of these products across an expanded U.S. distribution network.
